General Policies

Deposits

A retainer of $600 will reserve Hosmer Inc. as your photographer for the date and time of your wedding.

Cancellations

Less than four months prior to the reserved date makes your retainer non-refundable.

Payments

After deposit of $600, a payment of 1/2 of the cost of your photography package is to do three weeks before wedding date. Final balance is due with placement of order.

Previews

Images of your wedding maybe posted online for family members and friends to view and place orders if they wish to. The bride and groom will receive 10% of the total internet image sales in portrait credit applied towards additional portraits.

Delivery

Allow 1-2 weeks for online proofing to be ready for viewing.
Allow 8-16 weeks once photographs are chosen, for the finished order, and albums to be completed (depending on size of order).

Custom design modifications

Design approval is required before printing your Custom Album; one redesign is available at no extra charge (redesign changes beyond that are billed at $50.00 per hour) prior to printing.

Additional Charges

Additional retouching…charge per print…$50.00/hour
